Randy Wallace has been developing distinguished residential properties in Myrtle Beach and the coastal South Carolina area since 1977. Townhome and Condominium projects developed by his Litus Corporation in the 1970's and 1980's include Watermark and Tanglewood on 77th Avenue in Myrtle Beach, Windemere and Bay Tree Golf & Racquet Club in North Myrtle Beach, and the final phases of Caropines Subdivision, Antigua (courtyard homes), and Robbers Roost Villas. Wallace was also a partner in the Butler Mews project in St. Simons Island and in the Shadowmoss Plantation project in Charleston. Projects handled by Wallace under his CANA Corporation company in the 1990's and 2000's included The Lakes subdivision (marketing, sales and consulting), Hunters Ridge Plantation (800 acres and 8 subdivisions), Forestbrook Reserve, The Meadows, Fox Hollow Plantation, and Honey Ridge Villas and Value Builders properties in Charleston. Presently, Wallace is heading the Project Sales Division of Keller-Williams, offering development management, marketing and sales services to developers and lenders. He also represents private clients purchasing existing developments, land tracts and REO properties. Wallace currently serves as President of the Claire Chapin Epps Family YMCA in Myrtle Beach and Director of the Western Tour for Boys & Girls teen travel program. A former Association President and REALTOR of the Year, he presently serves as the director of the REALTORS Mark Sloan Memorial Cancer Benefit Golf Tournament and Chairman of both the Professional Standards Committee and the Board of Trustees of the REALTOR Assistance Fund Trust for the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS.
